Who we are
A company built for the long term.
Incorporated in Accra in early 2025 and based in Hohoe, Volta Region, as the town's first tech startup, Nsoroma EduMate Technologies started with one question: why should an African student have less access to quality learning than anyone else in the world?
Today we are a team of about 15 people working across the regions we operate in, building institutions and infrastructure, not just apps.

How we build
If it doesn't work on an $80 phone, it doesn't ship.
We build for the conditions real users live with: patchy networks, expensive data and entry-level devices. Our engineering is offline-first, light on data and serious about protecting the people who trust us with their information.

Who is Nsoroma EduMate Technologies?
Nsoroma EduMate Technologies is a technology company based in Hohoe, in Ghana's Volta Region, and incorporated in Accra. We are the first tech startup in Hohoe, with deep roots in Africa. We design, build and operate software across education technology, business software, property technology, marketplaces and consumer apps for people and businesses in Africa and around the world.
Where does EduMate operate?
Our platforms serve users in 14 African countries: Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Cameroon, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Rwanda, South Africa, Zambia, Namibia and Zimbabwe, and we continue to expand with local partners.
